Returns will be accepted for upto 7 days. After 7 days, the item can only be exchanged if it is defective for upto 14 days. After 14 days, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellations must be placed within 1 hour of placing the order. Additionally, the buyer must pay return shipping, and there will be a 15 % restocking fee.
All items valued more than $ 9.99 will be shipped UPS Ground. All items valued less than $ 9.99 will be shipped USPS First Class. All items will be shipped within 48 hours.
Your order will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail. Please be patient as sometimes USPS will misroute the package and it may take a few extra days to arrive.
We ONLY SHIP TO THE USA or Canada
Shipping Times: Your package will take 3-7 business days to arrive if shipped to the US. If outside the USA, our buyers tell us it takes 5-20 business days. We want you happy and that is why we never wait beyond a single business day to ship. Please let us know that the item has arrived with some good feedback.
